Nice rooms with comfortable beds.

I was given room 118 on the first floor, where loud music disturbed my sleep until 11:30 PM. After moving to room 404 due to a leak and street noise, I found that room also had a leak. The staff seemed unfriendly, and I had a frustrating experience with the automatic door that almost trapped me.

It was just a good pick for a quick break in Madrid with good price value. The location was convenient and close to attractions. Don’t expect too much from the staff. they can be hit or miss.

I enjoyed my stay here. The location is steps from major attractions. The room was spacious with high ceilings. The service was very accommodating, fulfilling all my needs. Breakfast had nice options.

One thing I appreciated was the lady who handled breakfast, she was polite and prompt. unlike most of the staff. Also, the location is near park retiro, giving you a place to unwind after a long day.

My room was comfortable, modern, and impeccably clean. The bathroom had excellent water pressure for a rejuvenating shower, which is a must after a long day exploring Madrid. The jazz club in the hotel added a unique touch to the stay with live performances every night. However, the breakfast options felt a bit limited. I would have preferred more variety. Additionally, the internet speed was fantastic, but it could benefit from some USB outlets in the room for charging devices.

Prime location near cultural attractions and upmarket restaurants makes for easy exploring. Cozy bar adds a nice touch for winding down after a long day outdoors.
